Training Your Own On-Site Consultants
Several of our NCS Partners have advanced their delivery of multiple NCS Services with the placement of an On-Site Senior Coach & Consultant. (either part-time or full time). The ability to provide quality coaching and consulting services to a larger number of pastors and churches goes up when the coach/consultant lives on-site.
We have helped a number of denominations / districts / judicatories find and place a person in this role. Others have selected the person themselves and then asked NCS to provide our Senior Consultant Training process and resources in developing the person into an NCS Senior Consultant. In either situation, NCS puts all of our training and development resources on the person’s laptop and trains them to deliver services specifically targeted to your churches and your own contextualized needs.
